Is the product safe?

We can’t stress enough how important safety is to us—it’s our primary concern. All of our materials and hardware comply with the American National Standards and European Standards. For example, the critical components of our installations—the hangers—are Search and Rescue Grade and rated to hold 3,200 pounds.

With the full- service contract, we do quarterly inspections of your installation, which allow us to monitor wear to ensure the safest environment possible for your patients.

Is the product under warranty?
