How safe is this product?

We can’t stress enough how important safety is to us—it’s our primary concern. All of our materials and hardware comply with the American National Standards and European Standards. For example, the critical components of our installations, the hangers, are Search and Rescue Grade and rated to hold 3,200 pounds.

With the full-service contract, we do quarterly inspections of your installation, which allow us to monitor wear to ensure the safest environment possible for your child.

I am already spending approximately $900 a month on therapy. How expensive is this product?

We can provide affordable solutions that can accommodate any budget. Our products range from $700 to $1200. Just think, for the cost of a flat-screen TV you can provide your child with at-home therapy, while saving your furniture from wear and tear.

Is the product under warranty?

Yes, parts are under a 90 day warranty. We’re here for you as long as you need us, with a full-service contract for ongoing maintenance. Quarterly inspections of your installation let us monitor wear to ensure the safest environment possible for your child.

Thinking about an upgrade? Maybe your therapy team has suggested a change in sensory diet. We can integrate new apparatuses for the safest and most practical installation possible. If you have a service contract, take advantage of our regularly scheduled maintenance visit by having us do the work while we’re there. We save a trip, you save money.

Is training on how to use the product available?

Yes, once we install your product, we provide in-home training. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.

Will it fit in my home?

Our overriding objective is to provide solutions for children dealing with sensory integration issues; there are no minimum space allocations or installation. We simply want you to have the right fit. Panels are flush with walls and ceiling, so when devices are stowed away, any room’s original functionality is restored. Color choices allow you to select panels that blend or contrast with any décor.

You will own all the hardware that makes up your SensationStation and can easily take it with you when you relocate.
